Kalaa Utsavam - Festival of the Arts is annual festival that celebrates the vibrant Indian arts and culture. Organised by Esplanade, Kalari Academy was invite to stage a showcase as part of the opening ceremony. The Kalari Academy presented The Queens Gambit III, a dynamic theatrical production weaving together a compelling story with the dynamic movements of Silambattam, the art of stick fighting, and the fluid, powerful choreography of Kalaripayattu.  This play was the third and final part of the Queen’s Gambit narration staged at Singapore HeritageFest and at KA’s 10th Year Anniversary event.
